Vegetable Sushi
Kid favorite. They like to make their own sushi rolls or bowls of sushi rice and chopped vegetables.
PREPARATION
- Cooked soy beans (Edamame)
MAIN
- 3 cups sushi rice
VEGETABLES
- 1 cucumber
- 1 carrot
- 1 green onion
- 1 jalapeno chili
FINISH
- sushi paper
- soy sauce
Cook and cool sushi rice. Cut vegetables into thin strips. Spread cooked rice thinly onto sushi paper. Choose vegetables and place near bottom. Drizzle soy sauce. Roll and press together. Cut into pieces.
