Banana Oat Bread

Easy. Based on Banana Oat Pancakes, with slightly more flour for less hydration, but still more batter than dough.


  • 4 cups oats (500g)
  • 3/4 cup almond milk (180g)
  • 3 large bananas (300g water)


  • 3 tsp vanilla (15g)
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice  (juice 1 lemon) (45g)

In food processor mix dry ingredients, then add and mix wet ingredients. Pour batter into parchment paper lined bread pan. Bake preheat 350F 40m.
