Basic Brown Lentils
Cooked lentils keep in refrigerator up to 1 week.
MAIN
- 1-2 cups soaked lentils
- 1 cup water
- 1/8 tsp salt
Soak dry lentils 1h in sufficient water to cover. Strain and rinse. Cook in rice cooker with 1 cup water until water evaporates.
