Fruit Salad

Kids can help cut soft or hard fruits with dull or sharp knives according to age. Kid friendly.


  • 5 bananas, slices
  • 1-2 mangos, pieces
  • 1/8 pineapple, pieces
  • 2 oranges, sliced
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 apple, slices


  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Cut and peel the harder fruit like pineapple, mango. Allow the kids to cut large pieces into smaller pieces. Peel, section, remove seeds and cut the citrus into smaller pieces. Top with fresh or frozen berries.
