Preparation
- Brown Rice

- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 orange, juiced (1/2 cup juice)
- 1 banana, mango or 1/8 pineapple (1 cup)
Fill bowl with cold rice. Add fresh squeezed orange juice. Top with fresh cut fruit.
