Not only stop and possibly reverse chronic diseases. Also better immunity, energy, fertility, beauty and strength.
- Whole foods are better than food parts or chemicals. (Under appreciated, but generally accepted.)
- Plant foods are better for humans than animal foods. (This is surprise, but data is strong and broad, with multiple lines of evidence. The evolutionary heritage of humans is herbivore in the great ape family. Animals foods are both more recent, and more difficult and scarce, than plant foods. And further limited by sexual division of labor, since only the male half of the population hunted.)
- Abundant foods are better than scarce foods. (Evolution has optimized animals best for common cases, less well for uncommon cases.)
